How many times have you been in limbo about a decision?
….and how does it feel in your body when you can’t commit to a choice?
When we are undecided, our minds get caught up in a loop of mental chatter and our bodies hold on to stuck energy.
We feel exhausted, unpleasant and stressed out.
We may think we are being careful, cautious and level headed when we put off decisions.
However, we may actually be doing more harm than good and engaging in self sabotage.
Making powerful decisions in the moment based on a feeling of sufficiency IS what creates the life we desire.
This is the feeling of “I have everything I need in THIS moment to make a decision.”
It’s not about focusing on specific facts to make the RIGHT decision.
It’s about having faith you are more than capable to own your decisions and the results.
Then continuing this habit of quicker decision making, leading to better opportunities and more life satisfaction.
Many of my clients struggle with indecision in their personal and professional lives.
I teach them how we do one thing is how we do everything – the way we treat our relationships is the same way we treat our careers.
If we are in “waiting” energy and a feeling of insufficiency in one area; this will show up in other areas..
…leading us to delay important decisions as we are waiting on something else outside of ourselves.
We think we need something else to make decisions – input from a partner or family member, research, contemplation or….time.
But what will happen in this time? Is there anything else we REALLY need to make decisions in the moment?
…or are we simply afraid of owning our decisions and results?
I help my clients overcome this fear through helping them rework their default thought patterns.
